NOVAC’s Byron Bergert Image Processing Group will hold its (Almost) Autumnal Equinox Processing Party on Saturday September 6 from 1-5pm at the Thomas Jefferson Library in Falls Church, on Route 50 just inside the beltway. Image Processing Party Saturday July 12 from 1-5 pm at the Thomas Jefferson Library in Falls Church. No agenda, just hanging out and processing data. So come when you like and leave when you like. AHSP 2014 registration is now LIVE!
Registration is now live for our 10th anniversary event at TMI, Spruce Knob, West Virginia. Registration usually goes quick and has sold out the last 5 years. NOVAC hosts the Almost Heaven Star Party (AHSP) at the Spruce Knob Mountain Center each year. The event attracts nearly 200 amateur astronomers from all over the region and showcases the area’s dark skies.
